DIYANAH HUSNA KAMARUDIN

Diyanah Husna joined ASCO LAW to complete her pupillage in the chambers of Puan Halina Nordin.

Throughout her pupillage here in ASCO LAW, Diyanah has been exposed to a wide variety of practice areas in particular corporate commercial exercises, real estate and conveyancing transactions. Diyanah has assisted and worked closely with the corporate commercial practice group involving matters relating to company’s acquisitions, licensing, ventures, retail, joint development projects and shareholding structures. 

Progressively gaining exposure, Diyanah had also assisted in matters relating to corporate real estate matters namely development projects, leases, and sale and purchase of land. Diyanah had also assisted in Intellectual Property matters specifically in Trademark registration and also assisted in Real Estate matters such as drafting and preparation of the sale and purchase agreement in respect of housing project development transactions and tenancies of housing and commercial properties.
